JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 31-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

One person was caught with stolen articles, who disclosed that he as well as his associates used to sell stolen ornaments to the petitioner, who happens to be a goldsmith. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of I/c Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Vth, Saran, in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 144 of 2016.
