1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel-22 for the State.

2. The case was taken up at 10.30 A.M., when the Court had requested through the learned Standing Counsel-22 to request the learned Law Secretary to be present in the Court at 2.15 P.M. as the Court required some assistance.

3. The learned Law Secretary is present in the Court. The learned Law Secretary, at the outset, submits that instead of delving into the controversy, the writ application can be disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation raising the grievance raised in the instant writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.5079 of 2024(4) dt.24-03-2025 2/2 application and the grievance shall be looked into and if any legitimate dues still remains to be paid, the same shall also be paid within a period of eight weeks from today.

4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner also does not dispute the said submission of the learned Law Secretary.

5. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Law Secretary and the learned Standing Counsel-22, the Court, without going into the merits of the case, dispose of the writ application with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation on or before 03.04.2025 before the learned Law Secretary, in the event, if any representation detailing the dues is filed by the petitioner on or before 03.04.2025, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the learned Law Secretary within a period of eight weeks from the date on which the representation is filed.

6. The writ application is disposed of.

7. The presence of learned Law Secretary is dispensed with.
