2. Mr.Binay Krishna, learned Spl.P.P. for the State has pointed out that the cognizance has been taken against the appellants in the present appeal, so the present appeal is not maintainable.
3. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the
Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.1345 of 2025(3) dt.24-06-2025 2/2 appellants seeks permission to withdraw this appeal.
4. Permission is accorded.
5. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
6. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that he has already assailed the cognizance order in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No.1568 of 2025.
