2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, marriage of daughter of informant was solemnized with this petitioner on 23.06.2010 and after marriage, all the accused persons named in the F.I.R., including these petitioners, subjected daughter of informant to cruelty and harassment due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and later, on 01.07.2023, informant received a phone call that her daughter has died and when she went to her matrimonial house she found her daughter's dead body with physical injury marks.

4. Considering the specific and direct nature of accusation that this petitioner, along with other F.I.R. named accused persons, tortured and assaulted daughter of informant as a result of which she died, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
