JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 159 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. The allegations leveled against the petitioners are general and omnibus. Moreover, the injuries are found simple in nature.

No.21258 of 2017 (5) dt.18-07-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M., 1st Class-cum-Sub-Judge-II, Patna City in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 159 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
