====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Sheohar P.S. Case No. 195 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 413, 414, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that informant got information that in village Malipokhar Bhinda, this petitioner used to sell wine and also deliver the same to customer by stolen Motorcycle. The informant along with other Police personnel reached the village and raided the house of petitioner. On seeing the police party, petitioner started running away by Motorcycle bearing Registration No. BR06C-9091. He was chased and apprehended by the police. It is further alleged that on search of dickey of the Motorcycle, nothing has been recovered but on demand of paper of the Motorcycle,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67530 of 2018(2) dt.27-11-2018 2/2 petitioner produced forged paper. It is further alleged that aforesaid Motorcycle was stolen one.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has taken the Motorcycle from his friend namely, Sanni Kumar and he has no knowledge about correct ownership of the aforesaid Motorcycle.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar, in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 195 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
