2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 80(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per prosecution case, informant's daughter was married with co-accused Dhanjit Kumar and it is alleged that all the accused named in the F.I.R. including petitioner subjected her to cruelty and harassment due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and ultimately, on 22.10.2024, informant's son-in-law Dhanjit Kumar informed the informant that his daughter has died due to fire.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20714 of 2025(2) dt.23-04-2025 2/2 village politics. Petitioner is not the family member of husband of deceased. He is simply a co-villager and nowhere related with in-laws family members of deceased. Allegation is general and omnibus. Thrust of the accusation is against husband of the deceased, who is already in custody.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner.

6. However, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 5th, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 299 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
