2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 867 of 2024 arising out of Shahkund P.S. Case No. 123 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 304 B/ 201 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased is a lady and she is said to have been killed by the accused persons including the petitioner.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 30.06.2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-XIX, Bhagalpur/concerned Court below in connection with Sessions Trial No. 867 of 2024 arising out of Shahkund P.S. Case No. 123 of 2024.
