No one appears on behalf of the State.

By filing the present application, the petitioner wants reconsideration on merit of his case for grant of anticipatory bail. He had earlier moved for anticipatory bail along with another petitioner which was considered and by order dated 02.12.2016 (Annexure-1) the petitioner no.2 (not the present applicant) was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail whereas prayer for bail on behalf of the present petitioner was rejected. It is stated that the case in which the petitioner was made accused apart from the present case is connected with the present case Be that as it may, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not persuaded to grant anticipatory bail to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4298 of 2017 (2) dt.15-02-2017 2/2 petitioner. Prayer is rejected.

The petitioner shall surrender and pray for regular bail in the court below which shall be considered and disposed of on its own merit in accordance with law.
