Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-395 of the Indian Penal Code.
The name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused Dharmpal Chauhan but submission on behalf of petitioner is that co-accused, Dharmpal Chauhan is co-villager of the petitioner and two years prior to the institution of this case, the wife of the petitioner had lodged Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 75 of 2014 against the aforesaid coaccused, Dharmpal Chauhan and others and that is the reason, the aforesaid co-accused Dharmpal Chauhan implicated the petitioner in this crime. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ghosi P.S.
