Petitioner prays for bail in connection with Alauli P.S.Case No. 23 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Allegation against the petitioner is of firing on the daughter of the informant and causing injuries on her leg and petitioner is accused in three other cases.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that FIR itself shows that there was firing and cross firing between two groups and in that she has received injuries and petitioner is not named in the FIR and even the injured has not named this petitioner and he is in custody for two and a half months.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Alauli P.S.Case No. 23 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
