This is the third attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 30 of 2013, arising out of Special Case No. 18 of 2012-13 registered for the offences under Sections 20/23/29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Considering the law laid down by the Apex Court in the case of G.R. Ananda Babu vs. State of Tamil Nadu and
