This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Rosera P.S. Case No. 383 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Case diary was called for, which is there on record. The petitioner has criminal history. The FIR was registered against unknown. There is allegation in the FIR of snatching of motorcycle and other valuables.

My attention has been drawn to an order of this Court dated 29.02.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13782 of 2020, whereby similarly circumstanced co-accused Santosh Kumar has been allowed regular bail by this Court. Learned counsel for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18815 of 2020(3) dt.07-07-2020 2/2 the petitioner has argued that no incriminating material has been recovered from the petitioner's possession and the charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case.

Considering the facts and circumstances, particularly the fact that another co-accused in similar circumstance, has been allowed regular bail, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-1st, Rosera, Samastipur, in Rosera P.S. Case No. 383 of 2019.
