JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-11-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of an order/orders, direction/directions, writ/writs especially in the nature of Mandamus for direction to the respondents for considering the appointment of the petitioner against the post of IV class employee (Group-D) as prescribed by the Government of Bihar.
(ii). For considering the claim of petitioner because he was working as candidate for peon since 26.07.1987.
(iii). For direction to the respondents for consideration the claim of the petitioner

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondents authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
