JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 5/ 02-04-2018 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the order dated 06.12.2013 passed by the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna, in Complaint Case No.383-C of 2013 by which the learned Magistrate after holding enquiry has found prima facie case against the petitioners for the offence under Section(s) 420 and 406 Indian Penal Code.

A report was called for from the Court below about present stage of the case, which has been received, wherein, it has been mentioned that the instant complaint case has already been disposed off on 08.03.2017 on the basis of compromise filed by the parties.
