Let second paragraph of the order dated 13.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25409 of 2015 be read that the case has been registered under Sections 344, 467, 468, 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Accordingly the modification application is disposed of in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 185 of 2014,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39861 of 2015 (2) dt.26-08-2015 2/2 pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur.
