Petitioner, Rajendra Chaudhary, is in custody since 27.09.2016 in connection with Dehri Town P.S. Case No. 475 of 2016 registered under Sections 47(A)(g) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act.

According to prosecution case, 150 sachets, each containing 200 M.L. of country-made liquor, were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the article recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the period of detention of this petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52985 of 2016 (2) dt.13-12-2016 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Dehri Town P.S. Case No. 475 of 2016.
