The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 430 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the petitioner had moved before this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 5660 of 2022, which was rejected on 24.05.2022.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner which is from 06.04.2021 and also considering the fact that the trial has not yet concluded, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24429 of 2023(4) dt.26-07-2023 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-6th, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 430 of 2019.

The petitioner will visit concerned Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
