For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus, commanding and directing

Patna High Court CWJC No.5391 of 2023(2) dt.01-11-2023 3/3 the Respondent authorities to make payment of remuneration / wages to the petitioners since the date of their initial engagement with interest as well as current remuneration /wages to the petitioners on the ground that the petitioners are continuously discharging their duties to the full satisfaction of authorities concerned for which they are appointed/engaged by the competent authority in view of the policy decision of the State Government in accordance with law.

(ii). For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of MANDAMUS, commanding and directing the Respondent Authorities to absorb the services of the petitioners in the regular government service as per his /her qualification and eligibility as they are working as Escort in long terms maintenance of the policy of the Chief Minister Rural Drinking Water Scheme."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of their subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty, so sought, is granted. The present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
