2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 308 (5), 324(4) & 5, 326(f), 351(2), 3 (5) of the BNS, registered in connection with Roshna P.S.Case No. 93 of 2024.

3. The petitioners along with other unknown accused persons are suspected to be involved in setting afire the shop of the informant and those of others, causing innumerable loss to them. It is further alleged that the petitioners were constantly asking extortion from the informant and threatened him with dire consequence, if their demands were not met.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that none has seen the occurrence. The names of the petitioners have come to the fore on the basis of suspicion as they used to consume smack at the tea stall of the informant. So far as the previous demand of ransom is concerned, the informant has never complained to any authority regarding that alleged demand.

5. On the other hand, Mr. Shailendra Kumar, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. It appears that except suspicion, there is nothing against the petitioners.

7. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Katihar in connection with Roshna P.S.Case No. 93 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the CrPC/482(2) of the BNSS.

8. The petitioners shall remain present physically
