60 litres of countrymade wine is said to have recovered from the possession of the petitioner containing overwriting at the relevant place that means to say, in the written report as well as seizure list. Moreover, petitioner happens to be under custody since 28.10.2016, having no criminal antecedent in terms of disclosure having been made under Para-3 of the petition. Accordingly, petitioner, Ramdeo Das is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
