JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2017 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1545 of 2015, registered for offences punishable under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is still ready to keep her wife with full honour and dignity. It has further been submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and has never demanded any dowry. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the fact that earlier also, a case under Section 498A of Indian Penal Code was filed against the petitioner and in that case after compromise the

No.5304 of 2017 (2) dt.16-02-2017 2/2 informant started living with the petitioner but after some time the petitioner again started torturing the complainant for dowry, for which the present application has been filed. In such view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner, the privilege of anticipatory bail, it is accordingly rejected.
