The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Revilganj P.S. Case No. 351 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal. The allegation is regarding the accused persons having assaulted the informant by iron rod. As far as the petitioner is concerned, he is said to have assaulted the informant by iron rod on his head.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and as far as the injury is concerned, the learned trial court has itself mentioned in the impugned order dated 19.2.2019 that the injuries are simple in nature. It is further submitted that the petitioner

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. VIII, Saran at Chapra in connection with Revilganj P.S. Case No. 351 of 2018.
