The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is case and counter case. Co-accused, Dadan Giri is alleged to have caused injury at the head of the informant with axe. Petitioners allegedly assaulted with lathi. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order be released on
