JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 16-03-2016 Heard the parties.

It is contended on behalf of Zila Parishad, Begusarai that a decision dated 24.3.2014 vide Annexure E has been taken in compliance of the order of this Court passed in connected writ application which is rectified by the Board also vide Annexure F. Thereafter, the petitioner has been given additional amount for which he was entitled for having worked as driver of road roller

Patna High Court MJC No.1215 of 2014 (7) dt.16-03-2016 2/2 from 1993-99.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances, in my view this proceeding cannot continue further and is, accordingly, dropped.

However, petitioner would be at liberty to assail the orders contained in Annexure E and F passed by the authorities and also, if he is not satisfied with the payment made to him for the work done, before a competent forum.
