JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2017 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rasulpur P.S. Case No. 117 of 2016 registered for offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 326, 307, 354, 380/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that according to the complaint petition, the petitioner along with his grandmother (Nani) entered into the house of the informant and started hurling abuses and throwing the house hold articles of the informant. There is an allegation against the petitioner that he has assaulted the informant on her forehead but in this case complaint was lodged after nine months and the injury of the victim was found similar in nature. The cause of dispute arose between the parties on account of possession over the property of

Having heard both sides, in view of the fact and circumstance, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Chapra in connection with Rasulpur P.S. Case No. 117 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) Mahesh/- U T
