====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 20-07-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party no. 2/complainant.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. The petitioner and the opposite party no. 2, in compliance of the order dated 08.07.2026, are present in the Court.
4. The petitioner and the opposite party no. 2, who are present in the Court, showed their willingness to accompany each other.

5. The opposite party no. 2 submits that she is willing to accompany the petitioner to her matrimonial home.
6. The petitioner submits that he will ensure that the opposite party no. 2 faces no issue with his second wife.
7. The opposite party no. 2 also undertakes that she will take proper care of the parents of the petitioner as the petitioner works outside the State of Bihar at Bengaluru.
8. The petitioner also submits that he will also ensure that an amount of Rs.3,000/- per month starting from 01.08.2026 is credited in the account of the opposite party no. 2.
9. The opposite party no. 2 is ready to accompany the petitioner to her matrimonial home from the Court premises itself but then submits that she will come back to her parental home after 2-3 days for collecting her articles on which petitioner raises no objection.
10. Learned A.P.P. for the State is present.
11. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court where the case

12. The personal appearance of the petitioner and the opposite party no. 2 is dispensed with.
