The petitioner seeks bail in Kothi P.S. Case No. 36 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 47(A) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

30 bottles of imperial blue and 25 bottles of officers choice each containing 180 ml besides country made liquor were recovered from possession of the petitioner for that the petitioner is in jail since 20.08.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about five months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
