Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 143, 144, 147, 148, 149, 188, 290, 291, 294, 341, 323, 307, 353, 120 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 9 of Loudspeaker Act.

As per FIR, 22 named and 400 unknown persons were firing during the cultural programme in the premises of Rajendra Library.

It is submitted that no one sustained fire arm injury. The allegation against them is general and omnibus in nature.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-VI, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Sare P.S. Case No. 197 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
