Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar prohibition & Excise Act. 18 Liters Nepali liquor is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioners for which they are in judicial custody since 21.09.2018 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Araria in Sikty P.S. Case No. 159 of 2018
