The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 1367 of 2019, dated 16.11.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18835 of 2020(2) dt.09-06-2020 2/2 On secret information that some miscreants have assembled for committing an offence, a raid was conducted. Three persons are said to have been intercepted by the police, the petitioner being one of them. From the possession of the petitioner, a loaded country made pistol is said to have been recovered.

The petitioner is stated to be in custody since 17.11.2019 and he claims to be a person of clean antecedent.

Regard being had to the facts aforestated, the petitioner above-named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 1367 of 2019.

The application stands allowed.
