The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Gopalganj (Town) P.S. Case No. 392 of 2016 lodged for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and 8/20 (b)(vii)(c )/18/22/25/29 of the NDPS Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners rather the names of the petitioners transpired during the course of investigation.

There is allegation of recovery of more than 100 Kgs.

In view of the nature of allegation as stated above, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. They are directed to surrender before the Court below and pray for regular bail which will be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.

The anticipatory bail application is, accordingly, dismissed.
