JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-02-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.That this writ application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order or orders in the nature of mandamus for directing and commanding the respondents

Patna High Court CWJC No.15234 of 2014(2) dt.28-02-2023 2/3 particularly the respondento no. 4 and 5 to forthwith institute the First Information Report regarding the huge defalcation made by the private respondents particularly the respondent no. 8 towards the implementation of the development work by not purchasing the solar light of any ISI company or contrary to the government decision to install the same on the road of the villages in implementation of the MNREGA Scheme and taking the money without digging the pond constructing the road providing the Rojgar to the poor and downtrodden people for their livelihood under the said scheme by appointing the teachers after taking huge amount from the candidates by ignoring the qualified persons and as much as in installing the hand pump by not giving the proper pipes and other required articles up to the level and as much as and construction of PulPulia, brick soiling road, drainage and further on enquiry and investigation be further pleased to direct the respondents to take appropriate and

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
