Five litres of countrymade wine was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that petitioner is under custody since 29.09.2016. From para-3 of the petition, it is apparent that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner Sikil Malli is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Adapur P.S.
