Compliance of the order has duly been acknowledged. The only hitch having at the end of the petitioner is for granting time bound promotion which, the contemner refuted stating that the same not applicable. It gives a fresh cause and is to be adjudicated independently. For that, petitioner may seek appropriate remedy. Petition is dropped.
