The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tarapur P.S. Case No. 128 of 2016 registered under Sections 465, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case through complaint petition filed by the private person after two and half years of the alleged occurrence. On perusal of annexure nos. 2, 3, 4 and 5 to the application, it appears that the after selection merit list was prepared by a committing consisting 8 members and those, who were directly

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14188 of 2017 (2) dt.03-05-2017 2/2 affected by the selection Board, never challenged their selection and only petitioner has been dragged in this case falsely. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Munger in connection with Tarapur P.S. Case No. 128 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
