The petitioner seeks bail in Raffiganj P.S. Case No. 69/2016 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. During the course of investigation, the police spy gave information about the involvement of the petitioner, on the basis of which, the petitioner was arrested and he is said to have confessed his guilt, recorded in Para 82 of the case diary, before the police. Thereafter, other accused persons were also apprehended and their confession was recorded but the investigating officer did not put the petitioner on T.I.P. although the petitioner is in jail since 16.05.2016. Save and except the so-called confession of the petitioner and other accused persons, there appears no other tangible material to show the

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Raffiganj P.S.
