JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 08-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State and the Informant. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Andar P.S. Case No. 05 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 379, 427, 452, 120B, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 07.01.2019. He further submits that there is no specific allegation of assault against these petitioners. Learned counsel for the informant submitted that the injury sustained by informant side is grievous in nature.
