The petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 500 of 2020, arising out of Ara Nagar P.S. Case No. 121 of 2020, for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 09.03.2020. He further submits that in the instant case total 43.95 litres of foreign liquor was seized from the bathroom of the house of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on his personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Ara in connection with Excise Case No. 500
