JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-10-2024 The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that the order of this Court dated 18.10.2023, passed in CWJC No.9659 of 2016 has stood complied with, inasmuch as the Additional Chief Secretary, Water Resources Department, Government of Bihar, Patna has passed a reasoned order dated 29.02.2024, whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been granted the benefit of third MACP with effect from 01.01.2009.
