One country made Katta and three live cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and on the same day, two cases, i.e., present case as well as Danapur P.S.Case No. 235 of 2016 was lodged against the petitioner.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner has been roped in this case as well as Danapur P.S.Case No. 235 of 2016 at the behest of one Manish Kumar against whom petitioner had lodged Danapur P.S.Case No. 374 of 2015.
