The learned counsel for the appellants has not filed the deficit court fee stamp of Rs. 220/-. Mr. Indeshwari Prasad Mandal, the learned counsel, submits that the client has taken 'no objection' from him and the file has also been taken away and as such he is not in a position to say any thing. No fresh Vakalatnama has been filed on behalf of the appellants.

It reveals that the appellants have lost their interest in this appeal resulting no step is being taken and the deficit court fee stamp has not been filed.

In the result, this appeal is hereby dismissed in default.
