Petitioner husband and the in-laws of the deceased are apprehending their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence under Section 304B/34 of the Penal Code. They are named in the First Information Report but from perusal of the First Information Report itself it appears that the deceased has suffered a natural death in a Nursing Home at Patna where she was referred to by Medical
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40315 of 2015 (2) dt.07-10-2015 Officer, Koilwar Primary Health Centre.
In the circumstances, let petitioners, named above, surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below, thereafter be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 143/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
