Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 256 of 2016 registered under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has falsely been implicated in the present case only on confessional statement of the co-accused which has no evidentiary value in the eye of law. Also there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within

No.4142 of 2017 (3) dt.09-03-2017 period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrae, Danapur in connection with Danapur P.S.
