The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 420/406/409 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of defalcation of public money inasmuch as the petitioner being Headmaster of the school withdrew the entire amount meant for construction of Art and Craft room as well as Lavatory. However, construction were not completed. The petitioner is in custody since 16.12.2017.

Submission is that petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial. Charge sheet has been submitted against the petitioner.

No.69027 of 2018(4) dt.27-03-2019 2/2 Considering the fact aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with NTPC Khaira P.S. Case No.37 of 2017, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below. (b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
