This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Mushrak P.S. Case No. 198 of 2017 registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is accused in a case under 2017 and he has been arrested in 25.01.2023. He has one antecedent of similar nature. Materials have come during investigation that the petitioner has been involved in this case. This application for regular bail is dismissed.
