Identifying the petitioner to be the assailant by means of fire arm though caused simple injury over the thigh as well as left ankle, the prayer for bail was rejected by the order dated 3.2.2020 on the pretext of having criminal antecedent giving a liberty to renew after submission of charge sheet. From para-18 of the bail petition, it is evident that the charge sheet has already been submitted.

In the aforesaid background as well as considering the fact that the petitioner happens to be under custody since 1.12.2019, the petitioner Ashok Yadav @ Ashok Kumar Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20685 of 2020(2) dt.26-06-2020 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Jhanjharpur, District Madhubani in Phulparas P.S.Case No. 138/2018 corresponding to G.R.No. 908/2018.
