The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.70 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 498A, 313, 494 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there has been compromise between the parties. Considering the aforesaid submission, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees

However, at the time of accepting the bail bond of the petitioner, the court below will verify the factum of compromise and if the same is denied by the opposite party no.2 then the petitioner will be taken into custody.
