JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 01-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 81 ltrs. of foreign liquor of Indian origin were seized from a truck bearing no. WB 73 D/3696 of which, petitioner happens to be the driver. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 26.10.2016 having no criminal antecedent as is evident from para 3 of the petition.
Accordingly, petitioner namely Ashok Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51856 of 2016 (2) dt.01-12-2016 2/2 each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Jokihat P.S. case no. 304 of 2016.
