After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh application before the concerned authority, as during pendency of the case , departmental proceeding has already been initiated against petitioner vide letter No. 161 dated 21.03.2023 i. e,. Annexure R/ 5 to the counter affidavit.
